Streamline recognizes our role in urban development and real estate investment, within the communities we are building. We are committed to being a responsible leader within our industry and living to our mission to “Do it Right”.
Streamline's core operations have a sustainable and social focus as many sites involved replacement of blighted buildings and clean up of contaminated lots. In 2015, Streamline created and sponsored a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Helping Hands Philadelphia, to support educational opportunities and stimulate economic growth in blighted neighborhoods.
Today, in honor of our former CEO Sean Schellenger, the nonprofit organization was rebranded after him. Sean’s Helping Hands is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was created to support public elementary schools and provide opportunities for success and growth to the elementary school students.
Sean’s Helping Hands strengthens communities by supporting the physical and emotional health of families and children in urban neighborhoods. We partner with local organizations to drive physical, nutritional, and environmental health.
OUR MISSION
